IDEA is an engineering company for integrated design and development of intelligent systems for home automation, industry and services. It is proposed as a research and development body for all those companies that intend to evaluate the feasibility of theoretical solutions applied to real processes and problems. Thanks to the opportunities resulting from the interconnection of the services offered, new perspectives for competitive development can be opened up.
The IDEA spin-off - Informatics, Domotics, Environment and Automation originated from the initiative of three young students of the engineering faculty who, supported by a university professor, won the 2006 eCapital regional competition to promote new business ideas.
In May 2007, after having started the procedures for the establishment of a Spin-off, the company was formed in the form of a cooperative with registered office at the DIIGA Department of the Polytechnic University of Marche.
In 2009 the company returned to the ranking of the intervention 1.3.1.07.01 "Support for the birth and development of new innovative companies" envisaged by the POR Marche ERDF 2007/2013 with a project related to an intelligent waste management system.
In these years of activity, collaborations have been established with important industrial companies in the region that have involved the development of innovative products, including through participation in regional and national tenders, as well as the optimization of production processes.
